Refer A Friend Promotion
$20.00 Bonus Payment

Program rules:

A. This promotional offer applies to members making a referral and new members of Coast360 Federal Credit Union (Coast360 ).

B. A member of Coast360 is eligible to receive a bonus payment per referral, regardless of how many accounts are opened by a referred individual. The following criteria must be met in order to receive the bonus payment:

• The referred individual opens a Coast360 Checking Account with a minimum deposit of $50.00. (Referred individuals who are new to Coast360 must also open the required Share Savings Account with a minimum opening deposit of $25.00 and a one time membership fee of $5.00)
• Must have direct deposit set up on the checking account
• Referred individuals must open the new account with new monies and not transferred from a Coast360 account.
• The referred individual must not currently have a checking relationship at Coast360 .
• Referred individuals must sign up for online banking and will subscribe to e-statements only.
• A member will receive a bonus only after the referred individual has been approved and opens a Coast360 Checking Account with active direct deposit (and savings account if applicable) and the rest of the criteria defined above are met.

C. Employees, Board of Directors and its affiliates are not eligible for the referral program.

D. A referred individual must comply with Coast360 ’s approval requirements for a new checking account. A member may not engage in any fraudulent activity to earn a referral bonus payment. In addition, no “spamming” is allowed. If we believe, in our sole discretion, that a member has engaged in fraudulent activity, or is “spamming” email accounts and/or addresses, we reserve the right to setoff against the members Coast360 deposit account(s) to recover any bonus payments, and the members Coast360 deposit accounts may be closed.

E. In order to participate and be eligible for the Refer a Friend program, a referred individual must redeem the official referral coupon when applying for the required checking account. Additional coupons can be obtained at any Coast360 member center locations.

F. All Refer a Friend bonuses will be paid within ninety (30) days after verification of account with active direct deposit by crediting the referrers Share (Savings) Account and the new checking account opened by the referred individual, in accordance with the rules of the Refer a Friend program in affect at the time such referral was made.

G. If, prior to the payment of Refer a Friend program bonuses, the member’s account is closed, the member will not be eligible for bonus payment. If referred individual does not open a Coast360 Credit Union checking account with direct deposit within ninety (30) days of the date shown on referral coupon neither the member, or the referred individual will be eligible for a bonus payment.

H. Program bonus payments may be reportable as taxable income for federal, state and local purposes. The determination of any applicable tax liability shall be the recipients’ sole responsibility.

I. Coast360 may modify the terms of the Refer a Friend program without prior notice by modifying the Refer a Friend program rules. Coast360 reserves the right to end this program at any time. This program is sponsored solely by Coast360 Federal Credit Union, 121 Robat Street Maite, Guam – 96910.The effective date of this document is March 1, 2009.
