Sealed Bid Sale Policy
- The vehicle(s) are offered for sale "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" and without recourse against Coast360 Federal Credit Union.
- There are no guaranties or warranties, expressed or implied made as to the quality, quantity, weight, size, or condition of any of the property, or its fitness for any use or purpose.
- There shall be no claims to be considered for allowance or adjustment or for recession of the sale based upon failure of the property to conform to any expressed or implied representation.
- Inspection of vehicle(s) by prospective bidder(s) or by a mechanic of a prospective bidder(s) is authorized at cost to the bidder(s).
- Once the bids have been submitted and closed, inspections by mechanics or prospective bidder(s) are not authorized.
- Coast360 Federal Credit Union also reserves the right to reject any or all bid(s) submitted from any or all prospective bidder(s).
