How do I sign up to use the Coast Mobile app?
If you have an iPhone, iPad or iTouch device (with iOS 8 or higher), visit the Apple App Store to download and install the application.
The Android App is available to members with a phone or tablet that uses Google’s Android operating system (with an OS of 4.0 or higher). You can download the app from Google Play.
Do I need to enroll in Coast Mobile to use the app?
No, but you must be enrolled with Coast Online. Once you sign up for Coast Online, you may begin using Coast Mobile immediately. You will be required to read and accept Coast Mobile’s Terms and Conditions prior to using the service.

You’ll need your Coast Online credentials – your user ID and password.
What wireless carriers support Coast Mobile?
Coast Mobile is supported wherever WiFi or a cellular data connection is available.
What can I do with Coast Mobile?
You can view your accounts, transaction history, check images, deposit checks with Coast eDeposit, and find ATM locations within your area. You can transfer funds and make payments within your account and to other Coast360 members. In addition, you can pay bills and send money to others with the SendMoney feature powered by PayPal.
How can I reset my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the New User or Forgot Your Password? link at the Coast Online login page
Is Coast Mobile secure?
Yes. Coast360 uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to communicate securely with all services. Coast360 always uses state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data, no matter how you choose to access your accounts.

Who is eligible for Coast eDeposit?
To use this feature, your primary share savings account must be active and have a par value balance of at least $5.00. Only Coast360 members with a checking account in good standing are eligible to use Coast eDeposit.
What mobile platforms support Coast eDeposit?
Coast eDeposit is currently available on:

How do I enroll in Coast eDeposit?
You can enroll in Coast eDeposit in three easy steps:
On your iOS or Android device:
- Log on to your Coast Mobile app.
- Tap on "Coast eDeposit" from the navigation menu.
- Accept the Coast eDeposit Terms and Conditions.
Coast eDeposit is free and allows Coast360 members to deposit checks to their eligible personal checking account(s). Charges for returned deposits and other transactions are outlined in Coast360’s Fee Schedule.
Yes. Coast eDeposit is offered through Coast Mobile, which requires you to provide your user ID and password each time you log in. Touch ID, a fingerprint identification sensor, is also available for quick and secure log in.
We require each item to be endorsed with the signature of the payee and "For Coast eDeposit only." This way, checks deposited through Coast eDeposit cannot be deposited again at any Coast360 Member Service Center or another financial institution. The Coast eDeposit approval process also includes a review of each deposited item, and automatically detects duplicate deposits within 24 hours of submission.
Coast eDeposit has a 10 check per day, a $5,000 per deposit limit and a $10,000 per day total deposit limit.
Coast360 accepts any check which is defined as a negotiable demand draft drawn on or payable through or at an office of a financial institution.

What types of checks CANNOT be deposited with Coast eDeposit?
The following items are not eligible for Coast eDeposit:
- Checks or items payable to any person or entity other than you
- Post-dated checks – checks written for a date in the future.
- Stale-dated checks – checks written six (6) months or more before the date of deposit.
- Checks or items containing an obvious alteration to any of the fields on the front, or checks or items which you know, suspect or should know or suspect to be fraudulent
- Checks or items not payable in United States currency
- Items previously converted to a substitute check
- Consumer loan, credit card and mortgage payments
- IRA and Term Share deposits
- Money orders and traveler's checks
- Non-personalized starter or counter checks
- AmEx gift cheques
- Savings bonds
- Checks that require authorization (e.g., COMCHEKS, BranchPay, Rapid Drafts)
- State-issued registered warrants
How long should I retain my original check?
For your protection, retain the original check for at least 90 days AFTER receiving confirmation that it has posted to your account.
Why must the check be endorsed with the words "For Coast eDeposit only"?
This specific endorsement ensures that checks deposited through Coast eDeposit will not be deposited again at any Coast360 Member Service Center or at another financial institution. It is one of many security measures we have put in place to protect business and consumer accounts from theft and fraud. Checks that are not endorsed as specified will be rejected.
What should I do if I need help using Coast eDeposit?
Coast eDeposit is designed to be a user-friendly, self-service product. If you have trouble using the feature, you may speak with one of our Contact Center Officers at 671.477.8736 or send us a secure message via Coast Online.
What steps should I take if my Coast eDeposit is declined?
If your deposit item is declined, an email will be sent to the address on record indicating the reason for the decline. If you feel you need to discuss the matter in more detail, you can call our Contact Center at 671.477.8736.

What is Coast ePay?
This feature allows you to pay any individual or company in the U.S. with just a few taps on your smart phone.
How do I enroll into Coast ePay?
You will need to login to Coast Online and click on the Coast ePay menu option. On your first visit, you will be asked to enroll. An enrollment screen will be displayed with a link to the Coast ePay Terms and Conditions. Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions, you can begin adding payees and scheduling payments immediately. You must add payees in Coast Online first, as you do not have the option to add a payee in Coast Mobile. Once a payee is added in Coast Online, you can begin to submit payments to them through Coast Mobile.

What is SendMoney Powered by PayPal?
SendMoney allows you to securely transfer funds to anyone, anywhere at any time.
You are required to read and accept PayPal's SendMoney Services Terms and Conditions before using this service.
What do I need to use SendMoney?
You will need the latest Coast Mobile iPhone or Android App, a Coast360 Value Checking account and your recipient’s email address or mobile phone. They don’t even have to be a Coast360 member.
How does SendMoney work?
Once you schedule a payment amount and provide an email address or mobile number, funds will be taken from your checking account and sent to PayPal. PayPal will immediately notify the recipient. If the recipient does not have a PayPal account, they will be prompted to set one up, a simple step that takes only a few minutes.
