COVID-19 LOAN DEFERMENT PROGRAM
We're Here For You
The impacts of COVID-19 have undoubtedly changed financial situations for many and we want to assure you that we're here for you. We have implemented a three-month deferment program for all personal, auto, mortgage and business loans. In addition to deferment support, the Credit Union will waive late payment fees for credit cards, mortgage and business loans for April through June 2020.
For Personal, Auto and Mortgage Loans
Members should email email@example.com with a contact number to initiate the process. Members without access to email can call the Credit Union's deferment hotline at 477-0124. Members are urged to refrain from sending any account numbers or other sensitive information. Documentation for proof of financial hardship and a letter requesting for deferment stating that hardship is required.
For Business Loans
Member Businesses should email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a deferment. The member business team will begin processing requests on April 1, 2020.
For Credit Cards
Please refer to your March or April statement for important information regarding COVID-19.
Waived Late Fees
Late payment fees for credit cards, mortgage and business loans will be waived for the periods of April, May and June 2020.
