Members of the Board of Directors are elected at the Credit Union's annual meeting. The Board of Directors act on behalf of all members to:

 

  • Ensure that the Credit Union is fulfilling its members' needs
  • Appoint other volunteers to serve on management committees
  • Hire managers to handle day-to-day operations
