Travel with peace of mind. Helpful tips when planning a trip!

We know how crucial it is to have access to your funds at all times, especially while traveling. That’s why it’s important to inform us of your travel plans ahead of time to avoid any disruption of services.

A travel notice is necessary to ensure we are aware that you are using your cards and accessing your account from a different state or country.

Let us help you prepare in a few steps:

At least two (2) days BEFORE your trip, call us at 671-477-8736 or visit any of our member centers to inform us of your travel date(s) and destination(s).

For members with Coast360 debit/credit cards, you can also do this through Coast360’s Card Control app ( for debit cards) and MyCardRules (for credit cards). If you are traveling today or recently left the island, you may send us a secure message via online banking or utilize the Card Control and/or MyCardRules app. 

To download, go to the App Store or Google Play and search “Coast360 Card Control,” and/or "MyCardRules." If none of these options are readily available to you, please contact us or send us a message for further assistance.

Ensure you have access to Coast360 Online and mobile banking. To place a travel note on the Coast360 app go to “Settings,” select “Secure Forms,” and then “Travel Notifications.” 

You may also send us a secured message to inform us of your travel plans.

If you do not currently have access and would like to sign up for online banking, click HERE to enroll.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your latest email address and contact information within your account records are required prior to enrollment.

Standing Letter of Authorization (SLOA): Authorize Coast360 to perform transactions while you’re away from home. Visit any member center to complete and submit an SLOA form. You may also visit our website to print the SLOA, complete, and drop off to the nearest Coast360 member center.

Provide your off-island phone number (if known): When using your mobile device to access online banking, you may be prompted to provide a verification code*. You must provide us with a valid off-island phone number in order to receive this code.

If no alternate phone number is available, contact us during operating hours at 671-477-8736 (toll-free at 1-866-217-4858 from the U.S. mainland) or send us a message here when you obtain one, so we can walk you through accessing your account via online banking. For security reasons, do not include personal information, such as your Social Security number or account number within your message.

You may leave a message with your name and contact number for the next available representative to reach you during our regular operating hours.

*Please note a verification code is required for certain features with online banking services. We recommend contacting your mobile carrier to ensure you have access to your contact number or provide us an alternate contact number prior to departure to prevent service interruptions.
