Why do I need to re-enroll?
We’ve upgraded our system to better serve you with improved features. All existing users will need to complete a quick, one-time re-enrollment to continue using Coast by Phone.
What do I need to get started?
You’ll need: 1) Your Member Number 2)Your full Social Security Number 3) A phone number we have on file for you 4) A new 6–15 digit Access Code (you’ll create this during enrollment)
Why do I need to use a phone number on file?
Using a phone number already linked to your account helps us confirm your identity and keep your information secure.
What if my phone number has changed?
Log in to online banking to update your phone number or visit any Coast360 Member Center to update your contact information before enrolling.
What is an Access Code?
Your Access Code is a 6–15 digit number you’ll create. Think of it as your secure key to access your account through Coast by Phone.
Can I use my old Access Code?
For your protection, you’ll be asked to create a new Access Code during enrollment.

 

Coast by Phone is accessible via touch-tone device from anywhere in the U.S. mainland and territories. This service is not currently available to Kids360 members and non-personal accounts.
