Can we process a stop payment for check items via Coast360 online and Coast360 Mobile?

Yes. A stop payment order is effective for six (6) month periods.

To place a stop payment:

• Log in to Coast360 Online Banking
• Under “Accounts”
• Click on “Stop Payment”
• Select Stop Payment Account
• Select Stop Payment Type (Single or Range of Checks)
• Enter the Check Amount (optional)
• Click “Submit”

A verification screen will appear with a confirmation number.
