Promotion Period:
The Coast360 Online Banking Campaign: Go Green for the WIN (“Promotion”) begins on May 30, 2025, and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (ChST).

Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to current and prospective Coast360 Federal Credit Union (“Coast360”) members who are legal residents of Guam and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Coast360 reserves the right to request for verification of proof of legal age. Coast360’s Board of Directors, Members of the Supervisory Committee, Management and Staff are not eligible to participate. For the purpose of this raffle drawing, an eligible Coast360 Member is defined as a Coast360 Member in good standing in accordance with the Coast360’s Field of Membership in Article II, Section 4 of the credit union by-laws. A prospective member is defined as an individual who is eligible to become a Coast360 member under Coast360’s Field of Membership guidelines and who completes the necessary membership application process before the end of the raffle period.

How to Enter – Automatic Entry:
Eligible individuals will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for each qualifying service they use per month during the Promotion Period. Business360 and Teen360 members do not qualify for this promotion.

Qualifying services include the use of:

• COAST360 ONLINE (existing users earn an automatic entry)
  Earn one (1) entry for logging in and performing one or more of the following actions: reconciling accounts, making transactions, updating profile information, or setting up alerts through online banking
• ESTATEMENT
  Earn one (1) entry by viewing your eStatement(s) online.
• BILLPAY
  Earn one (1) entry by processing a payment or sending money person-to-person via BillPay.
• CREDIT SCORE MONITORING
  Earn one (1) entry by viewing the full report. Select “Show Full Report on desktop or navigating to “Credit Score” in the Coast360 Mobile App (Menu > Accounts)
• SECURE MESSAGE
  Earn one (1) entry for sending a Secure Message or setting up Secure Message Alerts through online banking.
• MOBILE DEPOSIT
  Earn one (1) entry by depositing a check via the Coast360 Mobile App using Mobile Deposit.
• CARD CONTROL APP
  Earn one (1) entry by downloading and logging into the Card Control app to manage Coast360 debit card(s), set up alerts, or establish travel notifications.
• MYCARDRULES APP
  Earn one (1) entry by downloading and logging into the MyCardRules app to manage Coast360 credit card(s), set up alerts, or configure travel notifications.

Each qualifying service earns one (1) entry per month. Maximum of thirty-two (32) possible entries per participant. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Entries must be received no later than August 31, 2025 at 5:00PM (ChST). Limit one (1) postcard entry per person.

Opportunities to earn a BONUS ENTRY will be available throughout the campaign period.

Bonus Charitable Giving:
For each new online banking enrollment completed during the campaign period, Coast360 will donate $1.00 to a designated non-profit organization selected by Coast360. Donations are limited to new enrollees only and will be aggregated and awarded after the campaign period concludes. See ad for the list of beneficiaries.

Prize Drawing and Notification:
A random drawing for six (6) winners will be conducted on September 3, 2025, from all eligible entries received by August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (ChST). Need not be present to win. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All potential winners will be reviewed by Coast360 Federal Credit Union to confirm they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Official Rules (see Eligibility section). Winners will be notified using the contact information (phone and email address) associated with their Coast360 membership. All potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and being declared a winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. In the event the potential winner is unreachable, deemed ineligible, the prize notification is undeliverable, or if a potential winner declined acceptance of the prize within 3 calendar days (by 11:59PM ChST on the third day after notification), Coast360 may award the prize to a randomly selected alternate potential winner and the process continues until all six (6) winners have been selected. Any prizes not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited and may not be re-awarded.

Prizes won in Coast360 Online Banking Campaign: Go Green for the WIN raffle are not transferable and not redeemable for other services or products other than those listed on the prize voucher or certificate, and must be accepted as awarded.

General Conditions:
By entering this raffle and/or accepting a prize as a selected winner, each entrance/winner acknowledges that they have read and agree to be strictly bound by these Official Rules. Coast360’s decision shall be final in all matters pertaining to the raffle and any/all prizes awarded. By accepting a prize, winners grant Coast360 the right to use their individual names, addresses, photographs and likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and for any such purposes as Coast360 so determines, in any and all media worldwide without restrictions, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. All federal and local laws apply. Coast360 reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, viruses, tampering, or any other factor beyond Coast360’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Coast360. Coast360 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Coast360 failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

General Release:
Each entrant hereby agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Coast360, it’s Officials and Employees, from any claims, actions, damages, losses or injury of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting from participating in the raffle or from acceptance, use or misuse of a prize awarded or participation in any prize-related activity. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including and not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages; loss of data; income or profit; loss of damage to property; and/or claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Coast360, its Officials and Employees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express, in fact or in law, relative to the raffle or to any prize.
