Protect Yourself from Phone Spoofing Scams
We have been made aware of fraudulent phone calls targeting members through caller ID spoofing. Scammers are disguising their calls to appear as if they are coming from Coast360’s local and toll-free phone numbers in an attempt to gain your trust and obtain sensitive information.
These callers may falsely claim there is suspicious activity on your account and ask for confidential details such as:
- Online Banking access codes
- Passwords or verification codes
- Full debit or credit card numbers
- Other personal or account information
Important Reminder
Coast360 will NEVER contact you to ask for your:
- Online banking password or access code
- One-time verification code
- Full debit or credit card number
If you receive a suspicious call:
- Hang up immediately
- Do not provide any information
- Contact us directly using official phone numbers listed on our website other official Coast360 channels
If You Shared Your Online Banking Access Code
Please take the following steps immediately:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Change your password right away
- Review your account activity for unauthorized transactions
- Contact us if you notice suspicious activity
If You Shared Your Debit or Credit Card Information
Please report your card immediately using the appropriate fraud hotline below:
